No.  We do not price-match.  We do not see other companies as "competitors."  We do not supply the same service.  Here at Apex Pro Washing Services we provide a professional service with professional equipment and high quality biodegradable solutions to cater to your washing needs.  However, all to often, we are called to repair sub-par work done by unprofessional individuals and contractors. Let us do it right the first time for you! 

This depends on many factors such as size of your property and what we need to wash.  Most basic house wash service we offer take an hour on average.  The more services or greater the stains, the longer this service takes.  We can provide you with a estimated service time when you confirm your service.

Yes.  Rain is no problem in most cases.  We are able to do most house washes, concrete, and wood services in the rain.  We do not work if there is lightning or freezing temperatures.  We will call you if we need to reschedule.  We cannot clean roofs or gutters in the rain. 

No.  Many homeowners like to be home to see the process for themselves, especially when they are first time customers.  We do not require you to be home for the service once an agreement form has been signed, however a good contact number is needed incase we need to call you.  Payment is always due on the day of service unless discussed beforehand.  

 Yes and No.  Most normal house washes can be priced out by checking property records.  If you are requesting other surfaces to be cleaned or any service additional to a basic house wash, an on site estimate appointment will need to be made.  All of our estimates are provided free of charge.   after meeting with you, a professional estimate of services is emailed to you for approval.  Estimates are good for 30 days. An additional charge may be added on beyond that estimated period.  

Our base price is based on the square footage of the property. From there we adjust the price according to the severity of the wash and chemicals needed. There are a lot of variables that change the price from one house to another.  We offer several discounts, promotions, and specials throughout the season that you can take advantage of, so keep a look out! Pricing is different on townhomes and homes where customers do not need the entire home wash. 

 Yes.  We use biodegradable and environmentally safe chemicals. We have a very strong understanding about our chemicals.  We carry official MSDS reports on all of our cleaners and make sure that they are diluted to a safe level before we leave the property.  As a precaution, we advise any customers with pets to keep them inside and away from puddles for a day or two after the cleaning.  

Yes.  We do accept credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.  We also accept cash and PayPal as well.  All payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise discussed before hand.  

For wood, yes! When it comes to your deck/patio/porch or fences. We do!
